We are committed to driving social impact through our focus on entrepreneurship. We work with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and startups to provide relevant and innovative solutions.
We understand the importance of entrepreneurs as key members of our community, and we are dedicated to creating a platform that supports networking, engagement, and capacity building for entrepreneurs.
Gender
We understand that the experiences of men and women with their different backgrounds are different, this is why gender is mainstreamed in all our work with the different communities.
We aim to communicate the voices of women in different communities, design programs to meet and advocate for their needs, provide tailored support services, and work on sensitizing and building capacities among different institutions (governmental, nongovernmental and private sector) on issues of gender to ensure inclusion and meaningful participation.
Diversity and Inclusion
Embracing diversity and including differences is crucial in creating a sense of community that is welcoming and accepting of every in dividual.
People come from different backgrounds, experiences, and abilities to form a collective. We work on fostering mutual respect and understanding, promoting creativity and innovation, and co-create an adaptive environment where everyone feels valued for their unique contributions.
Mental Health and Wellbeing
At TCH, we prioritize mental health and wellbeing as a key focus area. We firmly believe in adopting community psychology approaches in all aspects of our work, and understand that mental health and wellbeing are not solely individual concerns; they are integral to collective wellbeing. We aim to work towards collective well being through different services such as: capacity-building programs for psychosocial support providers, workshops that cover a wide range of mental health-related topics such as burnout tailored to different target groups, and our podcast, TCH Speaks, which serves as a platform to discuss and explore various aspects of mental health.
Impact Management and Measurement
Many organizations and initiatives, whether non-profit to profitable, private, public, or non-governmental, aim to cause social, economic, or environmental change, leaving a long-term positive impact. Managing and measuring this impact is key to the sustainability of change created, and evidence to its existence. It also requires capacity for theorizing and modeling, planning, evaluating, analyzing, and communicating the impact. Impact Management and Measurement (IMM) helps organizations assess efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability to strategize, fund, and expand. We work with organizations to build their capacity, set their IMM systems, implement with them community assessments, produce content to communicate their impact, and set recommendations for future direction.
